  • When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying family life with my husband Glen, an Ottawa firefighter, and our two energetic boys, Colton (10) and Jake (9). We cherish our time together, especially during the summer months, spending time on Calabogie Lake. We enjoy fishing, waterskiing, and watching the sunrise, always with a cup of coffee in hand!

    I am passionate about hospitality and entertaining, balancing fitness with the enjoyment of a Tito’s vodka martini, and I am a firm believer in starting the day off with a good Americano.

  • Meet Daria Kark, Broker, my partner in time! Daria joined the world of real estate in 2010 and hasn’t looked back since! She’s a numbers girl, coming to real estate from an earlier life as a successful but somewhat bored chartered accountant. They call her the “Energizer Bunny”, with a love of real estate which provides her with a solid foundation to help guide you through any real estate change.

    Daria takes the stress and confusion out of the home selling and buying process with her attention to detail and personal service, being there every step of the way. Her success stems from going above and beyond for clients, taking the time to get to know each client, assess their needs, goals and timelines, and answer the many questions that pop up during the home selling and buying process.

  • Outside of real estate, Daria loves to ski, bike and spending time with family and friends. You name it, she’ll try it, unless it involves heights! She is sometimes known as a social butterfly and has surrounded herself with a huge circle of quality people. She is a native of Montreal but has called Ottawa home for many years.

  • Kamy is a master administrator, having spent over a decade keeping the wheels on the bus for lawyers, CEOs and executive leaders across Ottawa. Known as a team player with superior attention to detail and next-level planning skills, Kamy keeps the team on track, ensures that the 't's are crossed on paperwork before it goes out (and then checks it again). 

    As the newest addition to the team in 2024, Sarah is never letting her leave!

  • Outside of the office, Kamy enjoys organizing and planning family vacations so her family can be on their phones in a new environment, trying new recipes that her daughter refuses to eat and attending dinners/events as long as she is home before 9 pm.
